^ that will be the easier route, but you can also access it thru the fender well

here is a Thread that explains how to do it without removing the front bumper.
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...Bumper+Removal

I really suggest you do because its easier for me at least. heres a thread with video on how easy it is: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/diy-video-updated-removing-front-bumper-3g-garage-e-080-a-628363/

BTW Threat might get closed due to numerous thread on how to do this have been posted here before. Just a lil FYI Search tool is pretty good. Even using the Google search, it will usually bring you back to acurazine with answers. GL

NOT for fogs. It's very easy to do the fogs through the wheel well.

Instructions are in the Owners Manual.

I must Agree the Fogs are much easier to change out, You could go through the fender, which is the easiest, or do what I did and get under your front bumper and remove the plastic panel underneath the bumper. It involves more screws to remove so I say its a lil bit more time consuming but just as easy. If I knew about the fender option I would have went that route...

For the headlight bulbs, yes you need to remove the bumper and then remove the headlights from the car to access the HID bulbs. It's not difficult, just time consuming.

i know changing the bulbs can be done without removing the bumper, but why do so many ppl always try to take a shortcut?! i dont believe you save any more time by not taking off the bumper, because with the tight reaches from the fender, its going to take forever anyways

^^ I Agree Especially with the HIDs, I think the best thing for using the fender method is to change out ur Turns and Fogs... With that tight Reach to get to the HIDs you might Mess one up or even break one by dropping it. Better safe then sorry

Okay, I'll rephrase. You need to remove the bumper and then remove the headlights from the car to properly access the HID bulbs.

If you know what you're doing, it shouldn't take you any more than 15-20 min to get the bumper off, and then 5 min to remove each headlight. The person who posted that diy said it took 30 minutes, so it doesn't seem like you're saving much time, if any at all. Not to mention after all that work, you will have very limited space to work with to unplug harnesses, unscrew torx screws, install bulbs, etc....
