I want to ask some lease contract questions you professionals!!!

Currently I am middle of leasing, have a 07 TL-S Owned for 14 months; has 11000 miles.
I am looking for get other car instead TL-S. I know Acura Leasing contract is not strict as BMW or MB Benz. If I traded in my TL-S for other car, then is there any risk later on? I am paying $389/month.
Or should I just buy out and trade in?

Is anyone knows about this?

I think you have to still buyout the lease, I had a friend buy out of her lease and had to pay $10k in order to get out of it...and get a new car.

 

I believe you can get your lease bought out by the other car company if they are willing. My parents had a lease before and when they wanted to upgrade earlier and get a different type of car, the dealership bought out the lease on the car and then they ended up selling it strait up. You could possibly do the same. You won't know unless you start looking around and asking questions.

 

So...How 's "bought out" works?

Hi Yaku, it is very hard to get out of a lease, unles your dealer (it has happened), will buy out your lease, but in most cases you will have to lease another vehicle from them and most likely they will want you in something more expensive.

Or, you can try leasetrader or swapalease. If you were in the East Coast (NJ, NY, CT), I would talk to you about taking over your lease. What color is your TL-S (Ext/Int). It is auto?
