Possible yes. But no if your going for a "bolt on" install.
The 07-08 base lip has to be re-shaped to properly fit. Something that should be done by a knowledgeable body man. It needs to be cut/trimmed, filler glaze/primer, re-painted.
The shape is different around the fog light area, and the middle.
