Talking bout bumper itself or aspec lip kit? Bumper should be direct swap between years. I know 04-06 required center grille & such for swap. If talking aspec, link in prev post should help

for 07-08 base bumper on an 07-08 type S it will be almost plug and play. the grill will fit perfect and so well the fogs. however the lower grills will not fit, and will require the 07-08 base lower grills.

I currently have the Type S A-Spec with Lip on but has minor damage to the bumper. I just need replace my bumper itself and I am going to swap and detached the A spec Lip and replace it with the Base bumper. I think you will need some small modification for the fog lights, from what I've research from. I should be able to DIY it myself. Thanks a bunch ALL!!
