'06 TL Rear Bumper Cover & Qtr Panel help

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get a rear bumper cover and right side quarter panel shipped to Germany without costing an arm and a leg? I see some bumpers online but they don’t ship to APO addresses, having trouble finding a quarter panel. I backed up into a low wall/high curb in Germany and I don’t want to go through the insurance because they will increase the rates drastically… Local shops quoted me close to 4000 euro to fix! I was hoping to find a junk yard but even if I do finding an Acura would be like a needle in a hay stack.
