I having a hard time deciding which year TL to purchase. I kinda want to get the 05 for the deep discounts but worried that i will regret not getting the 06 with the few of the upgrades but sure dont want to pay close to MSRP for the newer year. what is your take? anyone in the same shoes? which one would you go for?

 

I am in the same boat but I don't plan on paying MSRP for an 06. I figure since the economy is going to pot sales will be down and I should be able to get a pretty good deal. Plus there's not much changing for 06 so there's really no leverage to force sticker price. I also thought about the fact that the new IS350s will be out as well which will put more pressure on. My logic could be jacked but that's what I am going with.

 

I totally agree the car is another year older plus the changes are minor. Like the previous post the new Lexus is out and to a lesser degree the Pontiac Grand Prix GXP is also in the game. Some will laugh but the V-8 power will draw some buyers.
