Hello all. Just wanted to see if anyone else has heard about the availability of the A-spec kit for 2005. A dealership I'm working with called me today and said that their Sales Manager called to see the availability, and it won't be until February 2005. Has anyone else heard this?

P.S. Sorry if it's a repost, just saw a few people wondering.

 

My dealer has no word on when the 05' A-spec kit will be available. I want those wheels

 

i just called my dealer. He says all my parts for my 05 ABP/6sp are due in today. He has confirmed that they are in fact enroute. I will send an update as soon as I know positively

 

I went to the dealer yesterday for my B service, I went to the parts dept and asked how much the A-spec kit for the 04 was, and he said they don't have anymore since its discontinued, I asked, well the 05 hasn't changed, so whats the price for the 05 kit, he says, they don't have them yet and haven't received information on it yet.

 

I just agreed to an A-spec and I'm told its not available until after 1 Dec 04 by the closest dealer.

 

I bought my 04 about 3 weeks ago with aspec.The dealer had to order the aspec kit and everything was put on last week.My rims are the silver 05 ones.What is the difference between 04 and 05 besides the rims?nothing, right?
I dont know why you have to wait that long.Maybe I got one of the last ones

 

Also I noticed the paint on my kit is little darker than the car.Is that normal?One of my friends told me its normal cause it has an extra coat paint or extra coat of something to protect it from chips.Just want to check.
