So on a car cruise this guy kept down shifting and riding in low gear with his exhaust going. wanting to set up the race, so I slowed down and made sure he was ready, then I honked and it began.

He lost, then he was just cruising in the back of the pack not in low gear trying to rev people out anymore lol!

I know for sure he had exhaust, not sure what else he had.
