I have done a search and get mixed reviews... Replaced the 02 sensors in my GF's 04TL (automatic trans) about 3 mo ago.. The CEL has never went out..? I have a scan tool and it continues to show 02 sensors? well, it is time for her to get the car inspected and we need to clear the CEL... SO, the dealer says that we must use the DENSO 02's... I have looked everywhere for these.. Please tell me the best place to get them (other than stealership) with part numbers please. There are only 2, correct?

Were your first replacement non OEMs? Honda's are finicky/picky about their O2 sensors and Catalytic converters. Make sure you or anyone else uses OEM for these moving forward. Also be prepared that it may not be the O2 sensor but actually the Cat failing.

There is actaully 4 02 sensors. 2 upstream and 2 downstream

bluetl04 nailed it. Each of the first two catalytic converters in our TLs have two O2 sensors each- one downstream, one upstream.

It is VERY easy to have the wrong one replaced if you are not 100% sure which one is failing. I've been to the dealership where they ordered and replaced the wrong one. Twice. And this wasn't a crappy dealership, the cat layout is definitely one you have to triple check before you do anything.

Yep... Found out this weekend the car has 4.... 2 are the Denso's... 1 NKT. ( auto zone only had 2 Denso's) and the one lower (front) 02 I could not get out....? It was a MOFO.... Light was still on...? gonna order a couple more Denso's... Thank you for your responses.
