'04 Fuse Box and '07-'08 Fuse Box

Does anyone know if they are interchangeable? It looks like they are not because the part numbers are different.

I really hope that they are because of the prices (04 ~ $150, 07 ~ $40).

The 04 is 38200-SEP-A01 and the 07 is 38200-SEP-A11. Could that one little number really make a $110 difference?

which fusebox, the underhood one or the one in the footwell?

Also know that the 04-06 TL's fusebox attaches to the body while 2007-2008 was moved up to attach to the front strut bar area!
