Yes. The reason why you probably have trouble finding them is probably because those who own the 6sp MT refuse to trade or sell them.
Keep searching and you'll eventually find one!

I was searching for something like 7-8 months before I found my 07 TL-S 6MT WDP/Taupe.
They are not easy to find, anywhere in the country. I was lucky it was only a few hundred miles away, and 100% stock just like I wanted. I would have preferred a CPO 08, but that would be nearly impossible to find, and likely cost several thousand more than I paid.

1/40 cars '04-06 were 6MT according to the wiki page. The most popular colors are WDP, NBP, and probably closely followed by AM or silver.
If you're going to find a 6MT, it will most likely be in those colors. I saw one of those gold TLs with a 6MT listed before i bought my TL. That is probably the rarest of the rare lol, simply because that color wasnt very popular, and it was a 6 spd navi.

2004 NBP TL 6MT
6MT TL are hard to find and you'll most likely find a 04-06 6MT, as the 07-08 6MT were all Type-S versions which are harder to find yet. Type-S will also cost more and less want to part from it, given its manual and Type-S version.
You have to be willing to travel like 200-300 miles one-way easy. I am from Michigan and got my 04 TL 6MT NBP in Minnesota. Fortunately, I was visiting family there anyhow and got lucky.

I got my '07 WDP, Ebony, 6MT, Type-S from a azine member in CA and had it shipped to IL. "Funny" part was he had only bought it a month before CPO from an Acura dealership in OH and he had it transported as well.
At the time I was in the market I could only find 3 of them in the exact combo I wanted available online. One in CA, one in Hawaii and the last in Canada (cluster was in kms and everything).

I had to go from NH to New york to get my black on black 6sp. After looking for the car locally for five months I decided to check if there were any in new York, then bang found one and when I got it. Good look

They are hard as hell to find, if you are a little picky. For me it had to be AM with black leather, relatively low mileage and Acura CPO and I had to go out of stage to go get it hoping it would not be sold.
If you want a manual do not give up and settle for AT because you will probably regret. I had to go on Autotrader twice a day everyday for a few months.

Be patient and search the various websites frequently.
It took me close to a year to find my WDP/6MT/Black Interior/Navi.
If you can't wait, then look for the next best color KBP Type S!

About 2/3 6MT's I found were Ebony interior. Try finding one in Taupe!
That said, for some reason the WDP's are hard to find. I easily found 20-40 TL-S 6MT's in every color exterior besides WDP. I only found ONE in WDP, and it happened to be the Taupe interior I was looking for. Quite a few people on here have WDP, and claim its the most common color, however they're very hard to find for sale!
If you swing for 5AT, those are fairly easy to find in most any combo.

I've seen 2 WDP TL-s 2008 6-spd's in the last month around Sacramento on autotrader.com.. they both were for sale for 2-4 days and sold.. keep your eyes out, it took me 6 months to find a NBP 2008 TL-s 6sp 1 owner. Set up alerts at autotrader.com, and cars.com
