So I want a lip kit that I saw which is available for the 04-06 models, what is the difference between 04-06 bumper and the 07 type S bumper? How hard would making it work be?

Thanks but I'm actually not going with a spec. I'm getting a mugen style, its different from what you usually see. But it says its for 04-06. Would it fit with just flexing or would you need to extend/cut sections to make it work?

Look at this 08 TLS bumper I had the previous owner cut everything off the bumper just to make the 04-06
lip fit in there. There was nothing left to support the fog lights. The bumper looked like shit at the end with a nice lip .
If you want the 04-06 lip I'm sure there's 100s of people that will trade you their 04 bumper for your 08 bumper ASAP.
Then you can install the 04-06 lip no problem

So what was the point of this thread? You ask about 04-06 aspec lip on a 07 tls, but you are actually going with some mugen lip

Shouldn't the title be mugen lip onto 07 tls front bumper........

because the only common lip kit we have is the aspec kit...it was safe to assume you were speaking about the aspec kit.

the mugen one isnt common and no one really has it cuz its ugly. but i digress.
we all assumed you were speaking about the aspec kit..
so the lesson here is to never to assume and fully write out your intentions

Misinterpretation. It was a simple question as I thought OP was referring to the aspec lip kit. 04-06 lip kit in our community is aspec. So I assumed that's what OP wanted, but OP later states mugen lip; thus why I suggested what was the point of titling it 04-06 lip kit and not mugen since that is what OP is looking for.
