This happened in Longisland (FREEPORT) area. The first Race was On the roll from 40 to 120. As soon as the Race started he stayed with me for about 90 and than i slowly pulled half a car on him.
The Second Race was from the Dig. As soon as the Light turns green, or u could say my tires caught traction, he Put a Whole Car length on me and It stayed that way for 130. Thats where we stop.
Now this is how The race was Setup:
He told me His car was STOCK, it looked stock too, He had no Fart Can, No Exhaust system but his car was still making a loud sound, which i know ofcourse wasnt just a CAI. So i know he lied. + HE was a Manual Transmission. And he was By himself.
I Had my GF sitting in my car and im stock.
Any suggession if i couldnt have done better?

VR6s in GTIs are very snorty, even stock. The Passat VR6s are a bit more tame and have additional intake resonators to quell induction noise. A late modal VR6 GTI with a good driver is a 14.8-15.0@94mph car.

 

Yeah, that seems reasonable that you stayed with him, that's exactly what I had expected.

 

Yea those newer GTI VR6's are pretty quick, they have 200hp, 195lb/ft of torque from a 2.8L narrow-angle V6. Those are the same hp and torque numbers as the last generation accord V6, except that they only weigh around 3000lbs, which is 500 less than us, and has 6MT. Even when it's stock, I expect it to be about as quick as a RSX-S. So yea, I guess you did a reasonable well job there!

 

Damn, after putting all the bolt on mods in my car. I am thinking to do some Weight Loss Programme for my car before i put a supercharger. So that means, ill be doing some weight loss programme until i save money for supercharger.
