What do you guys think? hes got a high boost pulley, thats it. I kno i can take a stock S, but how about one with the pulley. I was supposed to run him tonite but its rainin so i got some time to see some posts before we reschedule.

 

If this involves a twisty road, the only way to win is force the Mini on the outside of you in a turn, hairpin turn prefered, he has to back off or the inertia will roll the car

I was trackside crew and sat and watched that mini roll 3 times Turn 11 Laguna- guy stuck it in gear and drove back around to the pits. Pro racers

 

With your mods, I think you will have not much problem winning. A stock cooper S isn't all that fast, it's slower than RSX type S by quite a margin. It only has 163hp (the newer one is 175hp i think) and even though it weighs a lot less, it's 0-60mph time is about 7.3 sec, which is more than 1 sec slower than a stock 03 TL-S. But yea, if you are racing him on a twisty road, then the cooper S will leave you in the dust. It's one of the best handling FWD cars out there.

easy kill in my eyes unless he has some sort of engine like the one in HERBIE then ur done !!! there is no beating HERBIE LOL
