03 TL-S vs 4g Eclipse GT 6spd
Me and my buddy are always driving together at night to have some fun. when i was stock and his was brand new, we got on the highway and did some pulls, we'd go around 90km/h and punches it and everytime he'd put a car on me by the mid of 3rd.
since then i put on XS header and the intake resonator off, we did some pulls again. this time we started at 80km/h i'm in 2nd and he's in 3rd, i'd jump on him and then pull like a car on him and the gap stayed the same until mid of 4th when i shut off.
But it's a different story when he puts it in 2nd and we'd launch around 70km/h i'd be at his bumper by the mid of 3rd.
most of the runs are when i have my VSA off. the last run there i forgot to turn it off but i highly doubt it maeks any difference. but man, those eclipse are pretty quick!

Nice runs against your friend. Those Eclipses are fast! I have seen videos of a stock 6MT Eclipse pulling on a 350Z 6spd and a G35 Coupe 6spd without any trouble. They had lots of races from a dig and a roll and they couldnt touch the eclipse!

You still have a lot to mod, here is a list you can do:
Intake
Pulleys
Exhaust
Spacers
Nitrous Kit
The spacer should be the cheapest of those, and most people say they do feel noticeable power gain with it. Then do intake and pulleys. Exhaust doesn't give you much more power so may be you can skip it if tight on budget.
