Does anyone know what the 0-60 on the 2nd generation Type-S is? I got into a race with one with my 04 5AT, and he wasnt even close!! Is the '04 that much faster than the last model Type-S. I know they are really close in Horsepower....

Anyway, I believe anywhere between 6.4 thru 7-flat on paper. Both of the ones I've raced with my 2k2 Maxima had nothing for me from a standing start. However, they do topout @ ~150mph, so they're not slow by any means.

 

The fastest I ever got from mine was 6.7 on a cold morning. Usually 7 flat was the best it would do.

 

Second Gen TL-S ? You mean a 2003 ?, would be the same as the 2002 (the first year of the TL-S)
