$210 for key duplication

I purchased a tl 2006 from an auction and it only came with one key and remote. I called the acura dealer in nyc and they're charging me $210 to make the duplicate and program it. Where can I get this done for cheaper?

Call up some locksmiths, they usually have the programmer and keys to get it done
