I’ve got a 2018 RLX SH and the ventilated seats do not work. I press the button and I hear the fans turn on and change speeds accordingly but no air goes through the seat. I can’t seem to find any photos to reference and as far as I can see there are no parts that I can buy aside from the fan, again which works. I took a few photos before pulling the seat up and after but I still don’t know how this should look like. Am I missing parts? How should I secure the filter to fit properly? Can someone help me macgyver this to work.

It doesn't blow strong air.

 

Yes. There is no airflow through the seat perforations at all. Neither on the seat nor on the back. I test drove a 2020 before buying this one and I could definitely feel it on that one.
