Well, obviously in Texas I use the tint to help reduce UV rays and block some heat from the interior of the car. I use the clear bra to protect the front of the car from rock chips. My first RL ('06 black) I did not have a clear bra and the front end looked terrible after 70000 miles. Use a proefessional to apply the clear bra and tint. My '14 is covered by a 3M brand and the pieces (hood, bumper, mirriors) were cut by use of a computer-generated template and then applied - keeps trims to a minimum.
