Voice Prompts

I received an email from Acura explaining how to turn off voice prompts. They suggested two alternatives: in order to silence voice prompts temporarily, they said to touch the voice recognition button on the steering wheel twice, and in order to turn off the voice prompts permanently, they said to go to Settings/System Settings/Voice Recognition/Voice Prompt and choose OFF. My problem is that neither alternative seems to work - I still get the voice prompt telling me what I'm listening to when I change my audio source. Has anyone succeeded in silencing the prompts?
thanks in advance!

After you've selected "Off" you should see a downward pointing cursor/arrow at the bottom of this screen near the words Default and Okay. Push the selection nob (labeled Enter) down and the screen should then read "Default" or "Okay"
Make sure "Okay" is highlighted and if not, rotate the selection nob until it is. Press the selection nob in and it should silence voice prompts. Hope this helps.
