Sending Address Navigation Info to AcuraLink?

Anyone else able to get this working?

I login to my AcuraLink account, I search the address, it pulls up in the map, and hit send. It confirms back that it's sent to the car, but nowhere in the car Navi system can I find where to pull it up. I found a page that says to pull data from server (or something like that) but it's blanked out.

I have the premium AcuraLink service enabled on my car.

Does it come across as a message?

With OnStar in my Caddy it pops up when starting the car. In our BMW X5 it comes in as a message. You see the little envelope icon up at the right and if you don't notice it you wouldn't know. You have to go in your messages to pull it up.

Just offering suggestions.

No message or indication of one that I can tell. I start the car, navigation comes on and it's like nothing happened. I'll probably call the Acuralink support line sometime tomorrow if I can get around to it.

We're you able to get this working correctly?

I'd hate to buy one of the premium subscriptions if it doesn't work perfectly.

Hey George, I did get it working, and it works great. Just as expected. I honestly don't remember exactly what the issue was, but I believe I just ended up hitting the "acuralink" button, asking for tech support and they fixed it.

Thanks very much for responding. I just want to be sure that the premium AcuraLink service is worth the money and the bother before subscribing.
