Any chance we'll get the Nav features of the TLX?

I'm most interested in the "say it in one string" address entry feature. Putting an address in one step at a time is tedious.

I wonder if our RLX system can be upgraded to this functionality, or if the TLX system is entirely different (?)

I hear you Mike..I'm almost embarrassed when I have to enter an address when someone else is in the car.
Let's hope we can get the upgrade

I guess the question is whether the version of Nav software we have will accept an upgrade of that kind, or whether the TLX has a completely different system ... ?

I performed a navi update to the wife's RLX a few weeks ago per the TSB 14-014 instructions as found in the Official RLX TSB thread.

Decided to perform the TSB myself since it was relatively inexpensive to purchase the upgrade (I got the thumb drive, P/N 07AAZ-T2GA200, delivered to my doorstep for just under $30). Went to the garage and followed the TSB instructions. The navi update went off without a hitch and was done in roughly 45 minutes total.

It'd be interesting to find the version numbers for the TLX navi and compare them to the ones outlined for the RLX navi on page 5 of the TSB 14-014 instructions. If the version screen looks remotely similar between the RLX and TLX, maybe there is a chance of cross-compatibility? Doubtful IMO, but interesting nonetheless!
