Welcome back, christopher1. A lot of this stuff is buried in other threads on the 2016 RLX. This is a quick summary, and others will point out minor changes that I missed.
There was no change for 2015 PAWS RLX compared to 2014 other than more stable infotainment and suspension tweaks. There was no 2015 RLX Hybrid.
For 2016, all the stuff that was in the 2014 RLX Advance, except for the Krell, was moved to the Tech model. The Advance model has the Krell system, the surround camera system, rear seat heaters, and heated steering wheel. The suspension has also been improved on the PAWS model. Not sure of any suspension changes to the Hybrid. Infotainment for all now matches what's in the TLX.
That about covers it. Essentially, in 2016, the Tech model becomes an excellent value for the price compared to the 2014.

I'd also add that the 30-40+ TSB's that applied to the 14/15' models are also no longer issues or corrected on the 16' models. Showing vastly improved quality control over the manufacturing build process of the RLX.
And last, I dont believe any of the above applies to the Sport-Hybrids, regardless of model year. It's evident the Hybrids were built to a much higher caliber and quality standard than the lesser PAWS versions....
