Those Canadian Cameras

360-Degree Perspective

Acura’s surround view camera system is designed to assist drivers during critical and precise maneuvers in snug parking situations. Using four separate cameras, views from behind, directly in front of, and both left and right of the vehicle can be displayed on the navigation screen.

The system can also use all four cameras to seamlessly create a composite bird's eye view, reducing blind spots.

In addition, dynamic on-screen guidelines help the driver see their projected path relative to the lines demarking parking spaces or other objects, allowing them to maneuver with greater confidence.
Do we have a Canadian owner here who would be willing to comment on how well this works, and how it is used in everyday driving?

sorry George, i didnt notice this post before. the 360 cameras work in the same way as in a Mercedes. what is better though, in a Mercedes you have to put the car in reverse then in drive to view the front, the RLX their is a button on the counsel you can press at low speed when you are driving forward. reverse is the same, all cameras come on and if you press the main knob, you can switch to see a bigger image of the rear. it does not have a self park like the Merc. but i never used that anyway.

Thank you, timmins. Extra points if you take pics or a video of the function at work and then post them/it here for us jealous American RLX owners.

Here's another vote for that. :-)

I think we're going to see this in some fashion in 2016 MMC so it would be interesting to us down here.
