I got one two days ago from J.D.Power regarding initial quality. They asked a great deal of questions regarding my perception of fit and finish and whether I noticed any rattles and so forth. They also asked about the controls; whether or not they functioned properly and whether they were easy to understand and operate. The only real issue I have (and this may have been me, is that the location of the USB slot made it difficult to figure out which way to insert the thumb drive. Also that compartment, underneath the center armrest, is poorly lit. I passed the RLX with flying colors save for that.
