RLX tires consistently losing air?
The two front tires on my Acura RLX consistently lose air on a daily basis. This doesn’t matter if I have brand new tires on the car or just had it serviced. No one can figure this out. Is this common? Anyone know why this happens? What can I do about it?

Mashah, are the tires new?? If so, then the technician may have done of poor job of getting a bead seal or somehow messed with the valves (which you can check yourself with a valve tool and simply make sure the inner workings of the valve are tightened adequately in place or just remove the valve cap and feel for a slow leak with your finger). If not, you may have a screw or other puncture causing a slow leak in each tire. Before you think that it would be very rare to have punctures in both tires at once, it actually happened to me when a neighbour was building his house and there were nails and screws everywhere on the street from careless workers. Unfortunately, the easiest way to look for a puncture is to take off the tire and put it in a water bath and look for bubbles, so a trip to your dealership or local tire place may be in order.
If the leak is continuous even after repeatedly filling the tires with air, then a bead leak, a valve leak or a puncture in each tire are the most likely causes that I can think of. Other than that, you may have a prankster/saboteur in the neighborhood who is letting the air out of your tires, although they would likely not just do the same front two tires repeatedly???
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but that is all I can think of. Have the tires been inspected for punctures?? Have the valves been inspected by the dealer during service?
Good luck with the repair. Let us know how it turns out.

Given the fact that multiple tires have been losing air, it's either the rims themselves that have a defect, or the sensors/stems aren't properly seated. The only real way to tell is to have the tire place put the tire in a tub of water to check for air bubbles - that'll be the tell-tale sign....

Alternatively, soap + water in a spray bottle and spray around the bead/TPMS valve etc to see where it's leak,

There is an Acura Service News article on TPMS leaking air.
I had a slow leak on one wheel through multiple tire changes. Eventually traded the car without resolving the issue.

Caption: Tire checked, no leaks noted. That will be $148.
I've seen many of today's workers with a similar complete lack of understanding and an ABSOLUTE lack of dedication to their work.
End of my "old man rant".
