Must Have Acura Tools
Gents, I've always carried around a little toolbox in each of my cars, just to ensure I have the basics in the event of something happening on the road, or as things arise where AAA, etc isn't possible.
Question for you fine gentlemen: what would you list as some of the most common tools for Acura?
For example, I went through the box tonight, organizing and weeding. I removed a set of torx screwdrivers I had with my earlier E350 - not such a useful thing to carry around with Acura (I don't think the car takes any torx? could be wrong..).
In the box, I have metric wrenches (both regular and stubby), needle nose, linemans pliers, wire strippers, gloves, adjustable O-clamp rings, zip ties, car trim & plastic fastener removal tools, tire air pressure gauge, a range of license place screws (M6, course), hex keys (SAE & Metric), multi-screwdriver (P0-3/Slot/Sq2,3/T15/T20/T25), mini multi-screwdriver - and torque wrench with 22mm socket in the tire maintenance compartment under the trunk carpet.
Any suggestions on what else I might want to have?
Never be too prepared I suppose..

My tools I keep and get the most use out of since my first 06 Acura TSX are:
- donut spare or full size spare on every vehicle (donut on car and full size at home if it full doesn't fit in vehicle)
- hand digital air gauge
- Tq wrench with extra long non-marring socket (for aftermarket rims)
- gloves/wipes/shop towels in a Ziploc
- Windex wipes (spot clean bug guts on windshield on trips)
- extra valve stem covers (kids sometimes take my custom red covers)
- air compressor for road trips (battery operated Ryobi P737 or Viair 90P I can connect directly to the car battery)
- smart jumper cables (idiot proof electronic connection type)
- NOCO GB30/40/50 portable charger (purchased 3 different models over the years and they all work jumping a low battery)
- Gerber muli-tool
- flashlight with extra batteries
- 6X8 tarp (dry/clean spot for changing a tire or spread in back of SUV for Home Depot runs)
- seatbelt cutter/glass break tool (GOOACC from Amazon)
- cash/coin holder
I usually don't bring any extra tools unless I have my bike rack or swing out cargo carrier on my SUV and the tools are mostly for that.
