I recently had my front parking camera replaced under warranty. I’m wondering if the camera was not properly aligned. In the picture below, there is a large shaded curved section at the top of the screen when I select the middle view - and I don’t recall seeing that before. Would someone mind checking their view to see if it looks the same - or if I need to bring it back to the dealership.
As it is, I was told the bumper had to be removed and now it’s not flush on the passenger side fender. Two steps forward and one step back when you bring a car to the dealership...
Looks the same as my 18 RLX. The service department might have used a newer front camera from the 18-20 MMC RLX? Haven't looked to see if there are different part # for pre/post MMC front cameras.
That’s great - thanks so much for taking the time to check for me. Perhaps I’m just not recollecting correctly that mine always looked like that. I suspect the camera functionality is the same between the 15 and 18.
