ELS startup sound/melody - can I turn off?
Is there a setting to turn this off? If so, I can’t seem to find it. Thanks!

System Settings -> Opening -> Sound Volume -> Set the volume all the way down.
I believe this is what you are looking for which adjusts the volume.
