With high-numbered versions of iOS 10.3.3 and with iOS 11.0.1 I am having multiple issues with Bluetooth voice calls and I will usually have to break off and switch to the handset to be able to have a high quality voice call.
There is static and cutting in and out.
I am also having problems with easily starting AcuraLink Streams and Pandora. Whether Bluetooth or iPod connector, it's problematic and requires multiple re-starts of the infotainment system, and usually also multiple reconnects of the iPod cable if that's what I am using for high fidelity.
It's maddening.
I've been tempted to reset the infotainment system to zero and starting over, but I can't find the way to do that right away. Maybe somebody will link me or say here. :-)

This is probably an Apple plot to make us buy those antennae and stick them in our ears.
I guess if you're a Grace Jones lookalike, you can get away with whatever jewelry you want to stick in your ears.

That's an Apple issue, Android owners don't have these problems.

But the problem you do have is that even a stupid old person like me can sit half a dozen aisles away from you in the airport lounge and read every SMS you're sending and receiving.
I'll take the static Bluetooth over that.
I've spoken with the team since my post, and they say they are not sure how it could be them. They claim they're batting 1000 with compliance and compatibility with both kinds of chips and both kinds of modems in the 6 through 7 Plus.
Backing down to 10.3 and testing with a 6S, it's still sucking. :-(
Ain't nobody got time for this.

I didn't have this issue in my RLX, with iPhones upgraded to the latest available. It's likely your car, rather than Apple.
The only issue I had was that if I made a call from my iPhone, I could not easily connect it to the car by pressing "Transfer" on the infotainment system. This was fixed by unpairing and re-pairing the car/phone. I had good sound quality once the call was connected to the car.

We have had some bluetooth issues in our TL and our Odyssey streaming with Pandora via bluetooth, only happens every once in a while though. This weekend we went on a trip with the Odyssey and Pandora started cutting in and out again with my phone connected, very annoying.. Anyway, we "fixed" it by turning bluetooth off on the wifes phone. As soon as she did it stopped cutting in and out. I'm guessing that is the same issue as the TL. Both phones are paired with the vehicle, something strange maybe the other phone is trying to connect, not sure... Just thought I'd mention if you have 2 paired phones in the car.
BTW the phones are Nexus 6 and Nexus 5x.. Android
