@Donn0128 , The owner's manual (2020, page 377) explicitly states that the RLX Sport Hybrid should not be used for towing, at the risk of voiding warranties. That said, Curt makes a trailer hitch setup for the 2014-2016 that is likely adaptable for the later RLXs.

Donn0128, I assume the reason for Acura specifying that their Sport Hybrid vehicles should NOT be used for towing (as neuronbob mentioned) is because of the very complicated and sophisticated operation of the Rear Twin Motor Unit.
I feel obliged to mention that a forum member had to replace the Rear Twin Motor Unit in his RLX Sport Hybrid due to the negligent actions of a mechanic and the cost to replace that unit was something like $10,000 or more (sorry I searched and can't find the original post with an accurate figure). With that in mind, and knowing that towing will void your warranty, I don't think it is worth the risk to do any towing with an Acura Sport Hybrid.
In my area, the local Home Depot will rent me a truck for a couple of hours for under $50. If you can find such a deal in your local area, that might be a safer course of action and likely much cheaper in the long run considering the cost of installing the trailer hitch alone.

It is also the 7DCT and low speed maneuvering can overheat the clutch pack if the gear isn't fully engaged. Some folks got overheat warnings with their MDX hybrids just creeping up a long inclined driveway (pretty much like riding the clutch in a manual in the same situation). I still kept my 11 MDX and that is my main vehicle for towing, dump runs, home depot, and bad weather days.
