WTF! 2020 Acura RLX SH-AWD Transmission System Problem.coupled w/ a blind spot info system problem! The car has just a little over 20k miles on it everything has been serviced at the correct times & intervals a yes I changed the rear differential fluid right before I reached 15k miles! It’s got to be an electrical or software issue bc I don’t notice so much as a hitch in the transmission while driving. I haven’t scanned it w/ my nice scanner yet but I’m not getting code from the Fixd app. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time & effort!

Myself and others have experienced such warnings in the MID when the 12V battery was in need of replacement. It might be worth a trip to the dealer to have your charging system checked out.

Even if you drive the car frequently, the car may have sat on the dealer lot for a long time and normal parasitic loss to the battery may have weakened it.

Good luck figuring things out and getting back to enjoying your Sport Hybrid.

My OEM 12v battery went bad on my 18 RLX Sport Hybrid Dec/2021 with 19,000 miles. I had "U0104-00 ACC may not work properly with baking system" and "U1100-Gauge control module loss of communication". Acura replaced the battery (with OEM) and cleared the codes. I've been A-OK since with +28,000 miles.

After owning 06 Acura RL for 11 years, one thing I learned is that if 12V battery is older than 2.5-3 years, and some gremlins start to get noticed with the car - step #1 is replace 12V battery... then go from there
