Mine seems to lose about 10 PSI in about 2 months...

That seems high in my experience. I check mine about 2X a year so approx every six months and find it down, as best I recall, about 6 to 8 psi.

Checked it once in 5 years, it was fine when I checked. I should probably do it once a year to be safe.

My wife's spare was down about 8psi when I checked it recently. 4psi of that was likely due to lower temperature. She does have a 12V air pump that is always in the car.

I usually (sometimes?) check it when I rotate the tires, so about every 6 months.

I check the spare every year in the spring before the long trip season begins. Pressure is usually only down 3 or 4 PSI..

I check the pressure in my space save spares in November and May. They generally lose 2-8 psi in 6 months.

Not nearly enough. This is a good reminder to check both of our spares this weekend. We recently had a friend with a 17 MDX have AAA put her spare on while she was away and the tire was low.
