Passenger sideview mirror housin replacement

Do you guys know if I need to have the lane keeping system recalibrated after replacing mirror housing

No. The sensors for that system are in the portion of the rear view mirror housing that is attached to the windshield. You can look from the outside and see the camera through the glass.
