Trying to find the location of this sensor on the 2019 RDX. Anyone have a photo of the location of this sensor?

That's your upstream O2 sensor. I don't know the exact location on this engine, but the upstream sensor is usually on the exhaust manifold, before the catalytic converter. If you search in that area, you should see it poking out.
