Hi, I do have the subscription for remote start. It is going to expire tomorrow. On my Acura link the icon for remote start, open doors and others are completely gone. I called Acura to renew the subscription and explained to them my issue. They mentioned that they have no idea because I have a card in file so my subscription should auto renew. They made me uninstall the app and reinstalled it. Same thing, no icones available. Has anybody else faced the same issue? Thanks in advance.

A couple of basics to check: Forgive me for asking a really basic question, but on the main app screen, is there a "Remote Commands" line at the bottom of the screen? If so, swiping up on that reveals the actual commands. If that is not there, In the center of the top of the app screen, does it say "RDX"? If so, and there's a dropdown, does selecting that show the right vehicle? At the top left of the app screen, there should be a face icon that leads to Account Settings. If you get there, are the details correct (Name, email)? Under "Manage Subscriptions", does it show you have an active Remote subscription? At the bottom of Settings, is there a "Sign In" or "Sign Out" link? These questions are based on the iPhone app, I'm not sure if the Android app is laid out the same.

 

Thanks, I did try everything you mentioned but still no icon. After calling another time AcuraLink they mentioned that my subscription auto renewal could have caused it and they suggested to wait 24h. Well 24!hours later everything was back to normal.
