Prl intercooler installation

I just wanted to share some information with you guys/gals when installing a PRL Intercooler on the 2021 RDX.

If you're replacing the stock intercooler you need to source the 2019/20 Charge Pipe and or a 2.5" to 2" elbow reducer. (example: https://hpsperformanceproducts.com/p...ser45200250blk)

Reason being is the 21's have the updated intercooler and charge pipe which uses a 51mm hose connection, these new parts are Acura's answer to the Intercooler collecting water and causing the vehicle to stall and or enter limp mode.

I'm sure most will consider upgrading the hose anyways so I thought I'd share some information to save everyone the hassle of finding the correct size.

I hope this saves someone the hassle of taking off the bumper to find they need another part to complete the installation.

I also contacted PRL who stated they would update the website to reflect changes made to the 21 Models.

(2019/2020 Models that have had the intercoolers replace by the dealer would need the coupler and or charge pipe as well)
