I've been wondering about the same thing. There are some other threads here where people have installed the OEM parking sensors, and even guides, but no one seems to have tried doing the BSM.
This thread suggests it's possible, but they haven't actually tried it.
As for aftermarket BSM, I found the "BSM 200" from USA Spec that advertises to be for Acura RDXs, but seems to be a one-size-fits-all system that doesn't have custom brackets. I've heard bad reviews of aftermarket BSM without vehicle-specific brackets, it seems that it's very easy to install them wrong.
My guess would be that it is possible to install the OEM blind spot monitoring, but we'd need someone who actually knows how to install this stuff to try it out in order to know for sure. In any event, it seems that the price of buying the radar modules used on eBay is still a lot cheaper than the BSM 200, so maybe someone will give it a shot!
