2 Map sensors are going in as we speak!
then the retuning begins-
ill know a bit more next week-
im not worried at all about the engine it’s the transmission that’s the limiting factor

Same as you, still chasing down that boost issue so got these to eliminate the MAP sensors from the equation. Looking into warranty on the MHI now, nothing has helped.

What issue are you having with boost drop? Who's doing the tuning for you?

I've been working with Derek Robinson for calibration. Not sure what's going on, but it looks like on the top end (5000-5800rpm depending on temperature) there is a 1-2psi discrepancy from command to actual on boost pressure and the ECU is dropping the maximum to 2psi then if I let off the gas then back on boost comes back fine until the threshold is met again. The turbo spools fine and makes great midrange power. I've replaced the EWG, BPV, MAP sensors, put t-bolt clamps on all charge pipes and replaced the o-ring on the intercooler. Bypassed the solenoid behind the valve cover and replaced the line from the BPV to the hard pipes as well. The issue seems to be at a certain amount of cylinder fill and happens across several revisions of calibration. For about two weeks from turbo install, everything worked as planned and then this started to occur. Not sure what else to look for at this point. Using a Ktuner V2 on the latest software/firmware.

I just realized you guys are talking about 4 bar MAP sensor, not 4 bar ECU map lol. Any boost target in mind by removing the bottleneck?

This, I intend to basically mimic what Rob has when it's all said and done and the factory sensors shouldn't really be used beyond 28psi.

If it changed over time something likely changed physically, so good call on looking into the parts. There may be something we can try with EWG control to try and keep the turbo at a higher level. Have DRob reach out if you're up for testing.

As per the king of tuning (drob)I am finished-
seems to be hovering around 32-33 psi at wide open throttle fuel octane is the limiting factor-
needless to say it pulls like a freight train
it’s a whole different level of power now-
as usual IMW did it again!

I emailed 27Won about the 4 bar Map sensor and they werent very helpful. Being as I am going to be dropping this into my car in the next few weeks and only plan on running e30 blend, would an upgrade to a 4 bar map sensor make sense?

Rob, is there one or two on the 2020 RDX? I ask because I cant find any solid info on my research and 27WON couldnt answer either.
Also, were these the ones your purchased, https://store.27won.com/4-bar-map-sensor.html
