Does anyone can show me how to slightly crack open driver side A-pillar (top) so I can slip in dash cam cable there..TIA

 

Check out my post where I linked to some youtube videos that shows you how to do it. It is for an Accord but it is exactly the same for the 2019 RDX. I was nervous but after watching the videos, it gave me more confidence knowing what to look out for. I did it and was very easy.

Yes. Exactly the same as the Accord. Follow the video... very easy.

 

I have the tech package which has a speaker inside the A pillar -- how does that change things? I'd also like to run a dashcam wire through my A pillar.

 

It's basically the same. There is one extra "green apple" clip and you simply unplug the tweeter by depressing the tab on the bottom of the connector. You may need a screwdriver to depress the tab unless you have skinnier fingers.
