Waze on 1 side spotify on the other

Waze on 1 side spotify on the other
Is there a way to have Waze running on the left side of the main screen with android auto and spotify running on the right side. I can get the factory nav on the left and spotify on the right but If I have waze running the right side only shows the android auto logo.

The same issue exists for Google Maps on one screen and having a music app playing on the other. For example, I prefer to have Google Maps on the big part of the screen and Tidal on the smaller side of the screen. This cannot be done. It is probably a limitation on the Android Auto side moreso than the infotainment software. Possibly a combination of both. But ..recent news points to improvements in Android Auto with larger screens like our RDXs and improved touch pad interaction. So we will see...
