So this happened 3 days ago. My radio doesn’t work. I select app on my steering wheel and chose fm radio and the station…
starts on and I can hear for 2 seconds and silence.
tested apple car play and played my music just fine, switched to radio same thing.
comes on for 2secs and silence.
as if something was trying to connect I guess.

i put the car on standby mode and tried to play the radio but same issue.
any chance of resetting the infotainment system?
or did this happen to you?

 

So
when you disconnect Apple car play the radio functions fine,
however if you add a radio app to your Apple device, CarPlay picks it up and you can enjoy the radio if theirs just a regular station u listen to
otherwise disconnect your Apple device to get a functioning radio back
