After updating to D1.1.4, my Nav Favs disappeared except left most “Home”.

No big deal until I tried to add a previously saved Fav (from Recents) and it gave me an “already exists” message but I can’t see it!

where do you erase all Nav Favs but only Nav Favs? I don’t want to Factory Reset entire car...

Well that is exactly THE factory reset I was trying to avoid.

I found my favorites points in AcuraLink Map and downloaded them one-by-one into car Navigation "Downloaded" folder. After that I long clicked on them and it allowed me to add them to Favorites. I'm not sure if it works when you already had them in "Downloaded" folder. Either method takes a lot of time, but now at least I have backup of my Favorites on my phone.

The substandard software is unacceptable. Where’s the address book? Why can’t you name favorites? I use this for sales calls and had a ton of addresses in my old RLX. Someone needs to get fired.
