On my 22 RDX, if I want to move more than 1 icon within Android auto, I have to repeatedly swipe over and over, 1 icon at a time.

I just got a loaner TLX (using AAwireless) and when I swipe it moves multiple icons at a time within Android Auto. Eg a full swipe left to right on the pad goes across about 3-4 icons in Android Auto.

Is there a setting somewhere where I can enable this on the 22 RDX (with native wireless Android Auto), or is this something unique to the TLX and/or the AAwireless adapter?

I have the same problem on a 2020 RDX, but it varies from start to start. Sometimes it works correctly, other times just as you have described.
