Upon opening the android app today, I got this. Removing and re-installing the app accomplished nothing but sadness.

I had that yesterday too. I just tried it today and it works again. I didn't do anything and there wasnt any update for me to install.

 

Late afternoon I tried again and was greeted with the update option at last.

The app is v4.6.7 dated 9/2022.

I was dealing with the same. After they finally updated the app...the actual online function won't work. Apparently someone on Reddit reported that they are currently down for maintenance. Haven't received any notification stating that. Been waiting for 40 minutes on acura support chat for an agent....

 

Maintenance must be complete. Mine is once again back online,
