360 Camera Issue

So today, I encountered my very first RDX issue. When in REVERSE, the rear view camera displays in the large left screen and the right screen is gray and shows a white "image/icon" of a video camera but no 360 view. If I press the button for the camera view on the column, or select the alternate view on the main screen, I do get a 360 image along with the regular view but nothing but a grayed out icon screen with the camera "image" on the smaller right screen. Checked all settings and they are correct. Did a three-finger reboot and still nothing has changed.

Anyone experience this before I make an appointment with the dealer? Running the newest update too.

Thanks

I believe that is the expected behavior, unfortunately:

It's annoying, but that is the correct behaviour. I don't know why they didn't utilize the smaller screen on the right.

My bad...I thought the right screen showed the 360 view...oh well. At least now I know there is nothing wrong. My wife drives this vehicle 95% of the time and this just happened to catch my attention the last time I drove it. Thanks to you both for replying!

The 360 camera view quality is pretty bad compared to its peers. Really disappointed with how poorly it's designed.
