Question What is permitted with certified?

Picking up a certified 2019 tomorrow. It has a scuff on the rear bumper. A little paint is scuffed off. Looking to see what the repair requirement if any is with it being certified. The check list just says "Paint finish/quality", and I can't find anything that seems to define what is acceptable or not.
The dealer said they still need to prep the car. I just want to make sure it is resolved on their dime if it is supposed to be.

CPOs will show some wear and tear such as minor scratches, etc.
My previous Acura was a CPO, it did had very minor scratch here and there nothing major. Now if you are talking about a 6 inch scuff mark, then you might have an argument there. Most people get CPOs for the mechanic portion peace of mind and the warranty that it comes with it.
