Wait time

Went to the dealer to get a price on an RDX ASpec Advance which was MSRP plus doc fee of $250 and transfer fee of $35. Pretty much what I figured as far as pricing.
I was also told it would be 4-5 month wait time. Does this sound normal in this marketplace. Just curious what others have heard.

theres a huge 2022 purchase thread with lead times on some, depending on color and model some
have been in that range unless you pay over msrp and need it immediately (on lot)

4-5 months and we’ll be in the 2023 model year almost. That sounds like my VW ID4 order, which is strictly an online order. Sure there are supply constraints - but some dealers have more vehicles than others. Do a new vehicle inventory search on cars.com and cargurus to see what dealers have the vehicle model, trim and color you are looking for. Also check the Acura dealers online inventory within your selected area too. Then make a few calls, negotiate a deal and either drive or fly to get it.
