I think it's around 4400 RPM. At least that's what it was in my Honda but it's not as noticeable in the RDX with the turbo.

To the best of my knowledge, no second-cam profile exists on either the intake or exhaust camshafts. Each camshaft has only one cam lobe profile. However, around 5,000 - 5,500 rpm the ECU rotates the exhaust camshaft to change its phasing and to improve exhaust gas scavenging at higher rpm. That is what Honda describes as variable valve timing. There is no variable valve lift anymore, at least on the 2.0T. Also, there is no change to the valve timing on the intake camshaft.
