Anyone figure out how to remove and replace the foot lighting with a better bulb? How is the stock light removed to see and replace? Looks like a lazar beam light which doesn't give off much light and I would like to upgrade with a replacement not a LED lighting strip.
A little bright but they do look nice! How easy was the install?
The blue LED ambient lighting is the same system I had installed in my 2002 Acura MDX. The effect is beautiful when driving at night. If you prefer your lighting a little less bright, you could trim the LED strips shorter before installing. While I like to DIY, I had them professionally installed as this was above my skill level and pay grade. A competent car stereo installer should be able to do the installation in an hour or so. Good luck.

Didn't seem to get an answer to my question. Of course we can add any light fixture to any available wire but what about replacing stock bulb with and upgrade to the floor lighting?
